Upon purchasing a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation email all the details of you order will be stated, products ordered, price, billing address and delivery address.

Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for orders within Sweden.
Purchases made on weekends will be sent out the earliest the following Monday.

We reserve the right to change or adjust prices due to price changes from our supplier, misprint in the pricelist and errors in the price due to incorrect information from our suppliers.
After receiving your order, the customer have according to Swedish law 14-days to return your product for a full refund.
5.1 Terms of refund
The customer must inform us regarding the refund at email@example.com attach your name, address, email and order nr. Please also clarify which product you wish to return.
The customer must return the product within 14 days to receive the refund.
The customer must pay for all costs associated with the refund such as shipping cost and new external packaging. The product must be in original packaging and not damaged in any way for a full refund to be possible.
We reserve the right to deduct the cost for damage on the product from the amount to be refunded.
5.2 Refund not applicable when:
Products where the protective cap sealing is broken or removed.
Customized products cannot be returned.
5.3 Returns and exchanges
All our products have gone through inspection before being shipped. However, if the product is faulty or broken at arrival we will exchange it with no additional cost.
The customer must always contact us before returning the product.
The customer must immediately contact us when the fault is detected.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your contact details, ordering nr and a description of the fault.
If the fault is controlled and approved by us and an exchange is not possible we will pay you a full refund.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is not deemed faulty.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall the company be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect and consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the product
The company shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations due to an event beyond the control of such party, including, but not limited to, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, fire, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of that the company’s control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into.
The company shall not be liable for failure to deliver or reduced delivery from our suppliers which causes the product ordered to no longer be available for purchase.
We reserve the right for potential publishing errors throughout the website and for end of stock.
We do not guarantee that the published pictures represent the exact look of the products due to indifferences in lighting and exposure in the picture. However, we try our best to picture it as authentic as possible.
